Exchange and Returns original
14 Day Exchange/ Replacement Policy
We make every effort to ensure we sent you items that have gone through quality checks before shipping to you. But in the event you have received a defective, damaged or wrong item, we are happy to replace your item.
To be eligible for an exchange/replacement,
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
• Your exchange item must be in the original sale condition that you received in its original packaging, unused and unworn. You will also need the order number and proof of purchase.
• If the items are defective or damaged. A clear image of the damaged item must be produced in order for your replacement item to be shipped to you.
• Request an exchange by contacting us at sales@jaguarlily.com, We will send you an exchange/replacement form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Please send your exchange items back with a trackable service and provide us with the tracking number within 14 days of receiving the order.
**Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/replacement or meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.
Your exchange item/s will only ship once we have received the original items you are exchanging for. Sizes for exchange cannot be reserved and are non-guaranteed (while stocks last) until we have received your original items.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return,
• Your item must be in the original sale condition that you received in its original packaging, unused and unworn. You will also need the order number and proof of purchase.
• Request a return by contacting us at sales@jaguarlily.com, We will send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Please send your return items back with a trackable service and provide us with the tracking number within 14 days of receiving the order.
**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for discounted priced items, or items bought with promotional codes or store credits from previous returns.
We are also unable to accept returns on personalised items, as we have customised these pieces especially for you.

Gifts
If the item was sold as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift coupon will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t sold as a gift during purchase, or if the item was shipped to you directly from the original purchaser, we will send a refund to the credit card of the original purchaser and he/she will be made aware.
Return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense and are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds
We aim to process all returned orders within 10-14 working days, however this may take longer during peak periods.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. However, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
