Exchange and Returns Policy
Exchanges & Replacements
We make every effort to ensure we sent you items that have gone through quality checks before shipping to you. But in the event you have received a defective, damaged or wrong item, we are happy to replace your item.
To be eligible for an exchange/replacement,
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
• Your exchange item must be in the original sale condition that you received in its original packaging, unused and unworn. You will also need the order number and proof of purchase.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear video/photographs so we can assess the issue promptly.
• Request an exchange by contacting us at sales@jaguarlily.com, We will send you an exchange/replacement form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Please send your exchange items back with a trackable service and provide us with the tracking number within 21 days of receiving the order.
**Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/replacement or meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.
Your exchange item/s will only ship once we have received the original items you are exchanging for. Sizes for exchange cannot be reserved and are non-guaranteed (while stocks last) until we have received your original items.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if your purchase isn't quite right, you may return your item within 21 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return,
• Your item must be in the original sale condition that you received in its original packaging, unused and unworn. You will also need the order number and proof of purchase.
• Request a return by contacting us at sales@jaguarlily.com, We will send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service within 21 days of receiving the order.
**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.
Items purchased during promotional sales, with discount codes, or using store credit are not eligible for return.
We are also unable to accept returns on personalized items, as we have customized these pieces especially for you.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Gifts
If your order was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, an approved return will be issued as store credit.
If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
